The ecological sculpture "Suspended Nature"

It was specifically designed as part of Pope Francis’ personal project. Inspired by the logo of the Scholas Ocurrentes schools, an educational initiative promoted by Pope Francis, and the emblematic tree of the Church, the olive tree, this work fuses art and nature in a unique way.

The design of the sculpture was conceived to convey a message of peace, harmony and care for the environment. The Scholasl logo served as the inspiration to incorporate the figure of the olive tree into the sculpture. The olive tree is a symbol of peace and wisdom in the Christian tradition and is associated with the connection between humanity and nature.

“Suspended Nature” represents the fusion between art and nature in a tangible and aesthetic way. The sculpture features an olive tree suspended in midair, its branches spreading out in organic, flowing shapes. Each branch and leaf is carefully sculpted to convey a sense of movement and vitality, symbolizing the interaction and interdependence between humans and nature.

The sculpture was created using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, and was designed to blend harmoniously into its surroundings.

The presentation of this sculpture to Pope Francis is a meaningful opportunity to express appreciation and appreciation for his work in creating the Sholas Schools and his commitment to promoting a integral education based on social justice, solidarity and integral ecology. The sculpture “Nature Suspended with Olive Tree” becomes a symbolic gift that represents the essence of the Sholas Schools and the vision of Pope Francis, conveying a message of hope and commitment to a greener world.
